Shipping
We ship to all Chile through external transportation agencies.
- The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
- For purchases over $300.000 CLP, shipping will be free of charge to the shipping agency.
Shipments are made through independent transportation companies, selected by the client or previously coordinated with our team.
In case of inconveniences such as delays, loss or damage during transport, we will provide support to the customer to follow up and manage the corresponding management with the shipping company.
CHINOINC is not responsible for delays caused by causes external to the operation of the carrier.

By making a purchase or contacting through this site, the customer declares to have read and accepted the present terms and conditions.
PAYMENTS
Accepted methods of payment are cash and bank transfer.
Payments by check are not accepted.
Orders will be shipped or delivered upon confirmation of payment.
WARRANTIES
Products marketed by CHINOINC are warranted only for manufacturing faults.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by shock, misuse, normal wear and tear or tampering.
For any consultation or claim, the customer must contact us previously through our official channels, presenting a receipt or proof of purchase.
Each case will be evaluated individually by our team.
